Be Inspired – Be an Air Cadet. We have limited spaces on our next Recruit Course which starts on Wednesday 04 October at 7.15pm at our Sqn HQ. If you are in School Year 8 to 17 years old you can join our team and take part in the huge range of activities that we do – Flying, Gliding, Shooting, Adventure Training, Camps, Band, Sport, Duke of Edinburgh’s award, qualifications, First Aid, Leadership, Parachuting and much more, plus have fun and make friends!

August Activities

Its been a very busy August for the Sqn with cadets completing Gold and Silver expeditions in the Lake District, gaining new marksman awards at our shooting camp, raft building, high ropes courses and a parachuting course! July Activities

July has been a busy month with the Sqn competing in the UK Cadet Target Rifle Championships, being crowned as the Best Air Cadet unit in the UK and third overall, a Gold and Silver DoE wild camping practise expedition, Flying in the Tutor, attending the Royal Navy damage control simulator, attending a High Ropes Course, and Cdt FS Raj has visited New Zealand as part of an International Air Cadet Exchange, and cadets attended the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford  – full details can be found on our facebook page at 241squadron Air Cadets

June Activities

June has seen Cadets flying the Tutor at RAF Benson, taking part in RAF Bensons aviation muster and flying in the Chinook, completing a Bronze DoE, FS Raj has been awarded a Deputy Lord Lieutenants certificate and L98 and L81 shooting – This Sqn provides the full cadet experience! – full details can be found on our facebook page at 241squadron Air Cadets

May Activities

January 2017 activities
