Sqn goes all out for Charity

The Sqn is currently engaged in its annual Poppy Appeal Collections on behalf of the Loughton and Woodford Branches of the Royal British Legion.

On Monday 05 November, Bonfire Night not withstanding, over 100 cdts and staff where on the streets of Loughton and Woodford, knocking on doors with their collection tins and boxes of Poppys, whilst others manned local tube stations.

All money collected is for the Poppy Appeal and goes to help ex service personel and their famillies, an need greater than ever with the Armed Forces deployed in two conflicts around the world.

The collections will contiune every night this week and culminated in Street Collections in Loughton on Saturday.
